"The Five Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Florida Accident Case is a must read for anyone that has been injured in a accident in Florida!"
My case was handled courteously and professionally. All of my questions were answered promptly and I never felt anything I was concerned about was un-important. Judi always had answers and took the time to explain. She was always on top of my case when I called the office.
I really appreciated the fact that Mr. Dodson hired a professional expert to measure and make an evaluation about the place where I fell. The whole process was handled very well. Both Judi and Mr. Dodson were very nice and my experience working with them was professional.
I would recommend Jim Dodson to anyone I knew who was in need of a personal injury attorney.
"I recommend the Law Office of James Dodson. They were always able and available when I had questions. They even got me more than I expected right when I needed it most. I am exceedingly grateful to have had this wonderful group of people helping and getting what we deserve."

That finding, released in a report today, might help explain why 90 percent of the world's traffic fatalities occur in a group of countries that together have fewer than half of the world's cars.

- 305 - 310Crosswalks alone may not be enough to protect pedestrians, especially jaywalkers. But two county "senior zones" that include several safety features may be doing their part.
Take the special senior zone on Waters Avenue, which stretches from just east of Sheldon Road to Pinehurst Drive. There, the speed was reduced to 35 mph, down from 45. Also, the county installed blinking warning lights and speed detectors that show how fast a driver is going. There also is more road paint striping and high-tech crosswalks that have longer crossing times.

Urban drivers often pick mini and microcars because they're affordable, fuel efficient, and easy to park on city streets. Fender-benders are hazards of urban driving, and just one of them can add up to thousands of dollars in repair costs because the bumpers don't adequately protect vehicles from damage.
None of the bumpers on 7 mini and microcars the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety recently tested earns the top rating of good, and just 1, the Smart Fortwo, is acceptable. Five out of the 7 earn poor ratings and 1 earns a marginal. - 309 - 310
