¿Que Dice Las Reglas en La Florida Sobre Pasar Los Autobuses Escolares?

Tiempo de regresar a la escuela y tiempo de que la policía ejecute nuevamente las reglas de tráfico.

La regla que controla las acciones de un conductor ante los autobuses escolares es el numero 316.172 del código del estado de la Florida.

La regla dice que todos los conductores cuando se acerquen un autobús escolar con las señales.

En adición a esta regal se estípula que cuando se pase por una carretera o una vía que tenga tierra situada en el centro or fabricada de concreto elevado, no es necesario parar; si se viaja en la vía contraria al trayecto del autobús.

Por ejemplo en las calles Gulf to Bay y Ulmerton Road, en general no tienen que parar; pero en las calles principales como Keene Road o Belcher Road, donde las vías no están separadas, tiene que parar.

En Pinellas, la multa por pasar un autobús escolar oscila entre $181.00 and $281.00, además de comparacer en la corte.
