How are attorney fees paid?
Legal fees are earned on a contingency fee basis, a percentage of your recovery. There are no upfront costs. When we represent you, we advance the costs necessary to pursue your case. Upon retaining us, you will receive a copy of an Authority to Represent Fee Agreement, which outlines the way fees and costs are paid.
