Teen Driver Kills Brother in Deadly Game of “Chicken” | Florida Fatal Accident Lawyer

What started out as a game of "chicken" took a tragic turn last week in Mesa, Arizona. A news article reported the story of Nicole Brock, 16, who had apparently dropped her brother, Dwight, off at a shopping mall when he began jumping on the front of her vehicle, repeatedly.
Nicole responded each time by applying the brakes of her car. Tragically, the game turned, when she was unable to stop in time and ran her brother over. He, sadly, died later at a nearby hospital.
Arizona police speculate that Nicole, a teen driver of only 4 months, may have confused the accelerator with the brake.
No charges have been filed. This horrible accident is a life changing tragedy for the entire family and a horrific lesson in learning.
