Patient Struck and Killed in Road in Largo | Largo Pedestrian Accident Lawyer

Who: Pedestrian Darrel Tolliver | Driver Susan Hamilton
As reported by the St. Petersburg Times, a bizarre accident happened early this morning when a patient that was admitted to Sun Coast Hospital with chest pains. When on a smoke break after being admitted, Darrel Tolliver was struck and killed in the middle of Indian Rocks Road in Largo.
Tolliver was struck by a Chevy SUV who had claimed to not see him in the middle of the road. Largo Police reported that is was "pitch black and their was no crosswalk". The driver of the vehicle, Susan Hamilton was not injured during the pedestrian accident and was stated "to be in no trouble at all" by officials on scene. No charges are expected to be filled.
Pedestrian accidents are a tragic experience for anyone involved. Our hearts go out to the victims family and friends.
