"The Five Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Florida Accident Case is a must read for anyone that has been injured in a accident in Florida!"

My case was handled courteously and professionally. All of my questions were answered promptly and I never felt anything I was concerned about was un-important. Judi always had answers and took the time to explain. She was always on top of my case when I called the office.

I really appreciated the fact that Mr. Dodson hired a professional expert to measure and make an evaluation about the place where I fell. The whole process was handled very well. Both Judi and Mr. Dodson were very nice and my experience working with them was professional.

I would recommend Jim Dodson to anyone I knew who was in need of a personal injury attorney.

"I recommend the Law Office of James Dodson.  They were always able and available when I had questions.  They even got me more than I expected right when I needed it most.  I am exceedingly grateful to have had this wonderful group of people helping and getting what we deserve."

Hit-and-Run Motorcycle Accident on I-275 | Motorcycle Accident Lawyer in Pinellas County

What: motorcycle accident | rear-end collision
Who: Kelly Lichtenberg | James Lichtenberg
Where: I-275 southbound | Ulmerton Road

A motorcyclist and passenger were traveling southbound on I-275, near the Ulmerton Rd. exit when their motorcycle was rear-ended by  ahit and run driver of a maroon truck who left the scene of the crash.

The driver of the motorcycle, James Lichtenberg and his passenger, Kelly Lichtenberg, both of Chamberlain, S.D., were thrown onto the roadway, in the hit and run accident. They were transported to Bayfront Medical Center where a news source reports she has now been released and he remains in stable condition.

Tragically, hit-and-run accidents are on the rise in the Tampa Bay area. It is shocking that we read monthly news reports of drivers who leave the scene of a hit-and-run pedestrian accident, hit-and-run car accident or hit-and-run motorcycle accident - leaving an accident victim behind who has suffered either serious injuries or all too often, fatal injuries.

It is a felony in Florida to leave the scene of an accident with injuries.  Hit and run drivers who leave the scene and let the victim fend for themselves need to be identified and held accountable. Anyone with information on any hit and run accident should step forward.
