In a update to a tragic hit and run accident that happened on February 14th in Riverview, deputies have arrested a man they believe was involved in the hit-and-run that killed a 37-year-old man who was walking along a rural Riverview road. Domingo Perez Lopez was fatally hit and killed on February 14th while walking on Balm Road near Grady Sweat Lane when he was struck.
According to the report, "detectives arrested Isaias Cruz Hernandez, 29, of Wimauma. They found the Pontiac involved in the crash at his house today, and deputies say he had apparently tried to disguise his vehicle by changing parts and washing off evidence." Our hearts go out to the famiies involved in this tragic hit and run fatal accident.
