Dangerous Drivers on Florida Highways | Study Up | Florida Injury Lawyer

A new Florida state law, effective Jan. 1st, will crack-down on chronically bad drivers in the hopes it will make them changes their ways! Drivers involved in crash related moving violations over a 3 year time period will have to take a driving course and pass a driving test when the new law goes into effect.

The complete article posted on our Florida Injury Website news section here lists the five counties where the dangerous drivers live (2008) and Pinellas and HIllsborough are second and third on the list!

Paying a fine hasn't been a great deterent. Officials say taking a driving test will have a more powerful impact on bad drivers and hopefully that will reduce the number of accidents and serious injuries on our Florida roads and highways.
