"The Five Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Florida Accident Case is a must read for anyone that has been injured in a accident in Florida!"
My case was handled courteously and professionally. All of my questions were answered promptly and I never felt anything I was concerned about was un-important. Judi always had answers and took the time to explain. She was always on top of my case when I called the office.
I really appreciated the fact that Mr. Dodson hired a professional expert to measure and make an evaluation about the place where I fell. The whole process was handled very well. Both Judi and Mr. Dodson were very nice and my experience working with them was professional.
I would recommend Jim Dodson to anyone I knew who was in need of a personal injury attorney.
"I recommend the Law Office of James Dodson. They were always able and available when I had questions. They even got me more than I expected right when I needed it most. I am exceedingly grateful to have had this wonderful group of people helping and getting what we deserve."

15,000 people are seriously injured in golf cart accidents each year in the U.S. and require emergency room treatment.
The Consumer Products Safety Commission (CPSC) reports almost half of golf cart injuries involve someone falling out of the cart and 40% of all golf cart accidents involve young children, under age 16. These statistics include personal transport vehicles (PTV's) often seen on neighborhood streets and locations other than golf courses.
This type of golf cart is not considered street legal and therefore, does not have any legal requirements for safety, such as seat belt restraints or restrictions for occupants.
Children, consequently, are particularly vulnerable to serious head injury and even death as unrestrained passengers, both because of their small size, and inability to have their feet touch the floor.
An open vehicle traveling at speeds up to 20 mph with passengers who are unrestrained, results in tragic headlines we see all too often in the newspaper:
14 year old child Dies after Falling Out of Golf Cart
9 year old Child Has Brain Surgery for Severe Head Injury Suffered when He Fell off the Back of a Golf Cart
12 year old Child Dies after Being Thrown from a Golf Cart
13 year old Child Suffers Serious Injury after she fell out of Golf Cart and Hit her Head on the Road
Parents should exercise extreme caution before allowing a child to ride in these vehicles.
