Child Dies From Injuries Suffered in Tampa Car Crash | Tampa Wrongful Death Lawyer

Who: Jaylin Dominguez one-year-old child | Raul John Bertran, Jr.
Jaylin Dominguez, 1 year old, tragically died on Saturday, from injuries suffered in a car crash last Thursday. Young Dominguez was a passenger in a 2004 Honda along with her parents, Nadine Maldonado, 20, of Tampa, the driver, and Simon Dominguez, 25, of Wesley Chapel.
A news article stated the driver of the other car, Raul John Bertran, Jr., 67, of Brandon, drove into oncoming traffic. He died at the scene of the fatal accident, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Apparently, Bertran was driving south on Bruce B. Downs Blvd. when he crossed the center lane and crashed with the Honda head-on.
Maldonado and Simon Dominguez suffered serious injuries in the car crash. They were transported to St. Joseph's Hospital.
