"The Five Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Florida Accident Case is a must read for anyone that has been injured in a accident in Florida!"
My case was handled courteously and professionally. All of my questions were answered promptly and I never felt anything I was concerned about was un-important. Judi always had answers and took the time to explain. She was always on top of my case when I called the office.
I really appreciated the fact that Mr. Dodson hired a professional expert to measure and make an evaluation about the place where I fell. The whole process was handled very well. Both Judi and Mr. Dodson were very nice and my experience working with them was professional.
I would recommend Jim Dodson to anyone I knew who was in need of a personal injury attorney.
"I recommend the Law Office of James Dodson. They were always able and available when I had questions. They even got me more than I expected right when I needed it most. I am exceedingly grateful to have had this wonderful group of people helping and getting what we deserve."

A pedestrian who was hit by a car and injured after following directions issued by Google Maps is suing the Internet giant allegedly for providing negligent and unsafe directions which led the plaintiff onto a dangerous highway where she was hit by a motor vehicle.
Lauren Rosenberg filed the suit against Google as well as the motorist who struck her for a figure totaling over $100,000 dollars, according to a news report.
Google Maps issues a disclaimer for this route in its computer version alerting, "Use caution - this route may be missing sidewalks or pedestrian paths." The mobile version however, does not issue the same disclaimer.
This case sure seems to be "pushing the envelop" of Google's responsibility! At times, various GPS programs are known to lead people on roads that don't even exist. Jurors may believe the woman had some responsibility in this pedestrian accident. Although she appears to have a claim against the car who hit her, is it reasonable to think 6 fair minded jurors will find Google responsible for the choice she made to walk along that particular highway, even if Google led her there?
It will be interesting to see how this case turns out!
Pedestrians in Clearwater ,St. Petersburg and Tampa Florida face unsafe walking conditions everyday -even when walking in a pedestrian crosswalk. As a result, more pedestrians are struck by cars and injured in Florida than any other state in the country.
