"The Five Mistakes That Can Wreck Your Florida Accident Case is a must read for anyone that has been injured in a accident in Florida!"
My case was handled courteously and professionally. All of my questions were answered promptly and I never felt anything I was concerned about was un-important. Judi always had answers and took the time to explain. She was always on top of my case when I called the office.
I really appreciated the fact that Mr. Dodson hired a professional expert to measure and make an evaluation about the place where I fell. The whole process was handled very well. Both Judi and Mr. Dodson were very nice and my experience working with them was professional.
I would recommend Jim Dodson to anyone I knew who was in need of a personal injury attorney.
"I recommend the Law Office of James Dodson. They were always able and available when I had questions. They even got me more than I expected right when I needed it most. I am exceedingly grateful to have had this wonderful group of people helping and getting what we deserve."

There have been national traffic safety reports in the news that Florida leads the nation in the deadliest state for riding a bike topping even California and New York. However, bike and car accident numbers are down in Hillsborough County. Bike-versus-car accidents, often tragic for cyclists, have actually been on the decline in recent years.
A study last year by the state's Division of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles reported six fatalities in Hillsborough in 2007, down from seven in 2006 and 10 in 2005.
State of Florida and Hillsborough transportation officials say they're trying to stem the dangers of bike and car accidents with policy changes. Guidelines adopted at the state, city and county levels in recent years recommend that new roads and major reconstruction projects include bike lanes and sidewalks.
"They are always considered when we're designing a roadway," Department of Transportation spokeswoman Marian Scorza said. "Sometimes it comes down to an issue of right-of-way."
Both the county Sheriff's Office and Tampa police give away helmets to school-aged children and hold bike-safety seminars for kids.
Keep that information in mind as the summer months rapidly approach and our kids will be out of school. We can all do our part to make sure our local bike accident statistics stay on the decline.
